(74ci and 80ci heads are the same externally. Internally the 80ci heads have 3/16″ machined out over the piston area to allow the piston to pop up. On a 74ci the piston does not pop up above the cylinder. 74ci Cylinder heads can be machined into 80ci heads my machining the 3/16″ material from the piston area)
